This rule applies to individuals who are the online marketplace operator who provide goods or services through a website or the online marketplaces including social media such as Facebook.

* Online Marketplace is a website where the goods or services marketed by third parties for commercial purposes while online marketplace operator means a person who post in for example mudah.my or lelong.com.my.
