Some unique ID numbers bought in bulk by teachers or school counsellors during Phase 1 of the UPU Applications are not working. If you filled in your unique ID but are unable to proceed, then you may be affected by this error. You can buy the ID again at BSN at RM10.60 or call UPU at 03-8870 6755/6766/6767/6777 to get the right Unique ID number for free.
If you are able to log into the application form system without a problem, then you're not affected and can proceed with your application. Those who have not tried to log in with your unique ID yet, please check to see if the ID you have is okay.
