Thandavam is a film which has Vikram in the lead role. This film which is being produced by UTV Motion Pictures is being directed by Vijay. Vijay is joining hands once again with Vikram after Deiva Thirumagal.
Anushka and Amy Jackson are pairing with Vikram in this film. The shooting of this film is currently taking place in London. At this juncture actress Lakshmi Rai has been signed for this film.
It is understood that she will participate in the shooting next week and also has given 25 days call sheet.Lakshmi Rai while speaking said, "Last year I donned different kinds of roles in the films Mankatha and Kanchana. These films gave me a permanent place in Tamil cinema. I am confident that my role in Thandavam will be appreciated."
G V Prakash Kumar is composing the music for this film. The audio CD of Thandavam is expected to be released during the month of July and the film is to be released during the month of August. Santhanam, Thambi Ramaiah, Saranya Ponvannan, Sayaji Shinde, Kotta Srinivasa Rao and Delhi Ganesh are also starring in this film.
