Difference in Malaysia & Foreign road blocks

This is the reason why we malaysian always get stuck for hours in traffic. The thing I can't understand is why they can't follow just like the way foreign country does. is it because they are not enough cops?? Even if that is the problem, they always could get the man powers from JPJ or Traffic police to come in to give them a hand in the road block because they have they same power as police to check the vehicles. I am just waiting the day to see some real improvement in our country traffic!
