Let me apologise for the blur image provided to you readers, but no worries let me explain the step that are taken for the coming election in Malaysia. There are five steps are taken to prevent multiple voters to occur during election:
Step 1: The mykad is scanned to the system.
Step 2: Mykad info about the voter pop-up on the displayer, Election Commission (EC) officer checks
photo displayed on the screen with physical appearances.
Step 3: EC officer scan the thumbprint.
Step 4: Three verification checks:
a. Whether voter details coresspond to IC
b. Whether the voter is registered in that constituency.
c. Whether the voter is already voted here.
Step 5: Green man displayed by the system indicates that the person can proceed voting.
Red man indicates that the person failed to one or more verification steps
