They should Shamed to be humans

This picture is not graphic or fake, this was photographed at a country that don'y need to be mention. You could know it by looking at these picture. These people have no feelings at all and should be shamed to be born as humans. To me I belief that the curse of the dog would make these people life miserable in future. If karma (in Indian religions is the concept of "action" or "deed") is true, then these people too will definitely face a brutal dead like this in this life.
